What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options supported by Shopify Payments. All transactions are processed in CAD and secured through trusted payment providers.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at depgaistudios@gmail.com. Orders can only be modified or canceled before processing or shipment begins.
How do I know my order was successful?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link to follow your delivery status.
Shipping & Returns
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Customized or made-to-order products may take longer, estimated times are listed on product pages.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer Standard (3–10 business days) and Expedited (1–3 business days) shipping within Canada. International delivery times vary depending on location and customs.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at depgaistudios@gmail.com. We’ll help you file a claim with the carrier or arrange a replacement if applicable.
What is your return or refund policy?
Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide proof (such as photos). Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
