   Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. 
   Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.

   Include photos if applicable. 
   Our team will review your request and respond within 3–7 business days.
4. Refund Process
   Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 
   Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
   Exchanges are treated as a return followed by a new order. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
6. Shipping Costs
   Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. 
   You may be responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
